Welcome!
As a nutritionist for over 25 years working with growing, physically active teens, I‘ve learned that while it’s essential to educate about healthy eating strategies for health and performance, kids need to understand how to trust their hunger and fullness, practice self-care and self-compassion and they need to challenge the unrealistic thin ideal that society promotes. They need the opportunity to access the resources and develop the skills to make their own individual food choices for the rest of their lives.
