Think Ahead!

Schools back in session! Life is about to get busy again. With the hectic schedules upon us, now, more than ever, you need to think ahead. Did you know that eating breakfast can actually help fuel your practice after school?


Here are 3 quick ideas to get you out of the house energized and ready to go;

· Grab a cheese stick, an apple and a pumpkin muffin (see my recipe)

· Spread almond butter and a sliced banana on an Ezekial English muffin (takes less than 2 minutes, I timed it J)

· Make a yogurt parfait; plain Greek yogurt, blueberries and walnuts. Done!


The Golden Rule of Meal Planning:

Unrefined Carbohydrate + Quality Protein = Stable Energy Levels
